Eyes Above the Horizon

The Valdosta Regional Airport hosted the Legacy Flight Academy and over 60 youths ranging in age from 10-19 for a day of flight introduction and immersion into the legacy of the historic Tuskegee Airmen. The program is designed to remove barriers for underrepresented minorities and inspire an interest in aerospace careers.
